How the Admin Portal is Structured

The Admin Portal is organized into functional modules, each responsible for a specific area of system configuration and management.

These modules include:

  • Users
    Manage user accounts, roles, and access to the system.
  • Clinical
    Configure clinical reference data, specialties, locations, and requirements.
  • Course
    Manage academic structures, rotations, and course delivery settings.
  • General
    Maintain shared system data such as demographic and reference values used across modules.


Each module contains tools and settings that allow administrators to configure how the system behaves for students, preceptors, and clerkship directors.
